I came through Kay Pee with flying colors. You know, a Red and White dish towel in the breeze.
I had to wait on the Officer's table. The number present for each meal was as follows, Breakfast 1, Dinner 0, Supper 1 and the son of a so and so was late. No tips were received. Evidently I must be a poor waiter.
Speaking of Mess Hall, did you know we're not allowed to even whisper while we are eating. If one gets caught for the first time, he walks two hours on the well known and well worn ramp. The second offense is four hours and each time it increases two hours. I'm thinking seriously of giving up eating for the duration in the Cadet Center. If I don't, blabbermouth me, will wear out all the shoe leather the government can produce. Oh well, the great outdoors.
