Dear Mom,

A few of the boys walked the ramp tonight for having dirty fingernails today right after we got through Physical Training. Imagine it, they didn't nail me (Get it). I've come to the conclusion that it's easier to use your head instead of your feet. So far I've gotten out of Physical Training six times and drill about seven times. I spend me time reading educational articles and books. It's such easier on the muscles of the body and at the same time the muscle between my ears is expanding. (or is it)

We got some of our cadet clothes issued today. We didn't get much, a hat, some ornaments, underwear, 2 shirts, pants, 6 pair of socks, handkerchiefs and a pair of low cut shoes.

We haven't got paid yet but we can't get out anyway. I still got a couple of bucks left. Don't send any, we may get paid in the middle of the month.

Love all Love and kisses to you As Ever

Al
